Topics for the international COPSOQ workshop 2027:

  1. Benchmarking / presentation of results: How are COPSOQ-results on psychosocial working conditions described and compared in your work (i.e. across organizations, sectors, and countries)
  2. Data collection dimensions: Beyond the COPSOQ-scales: What background variables should be considered / do you consider for practical applications (for example: department, occupation, gender, age, and other relevant factors)?
  3. Interventions: How is effectiveness assessed from both practitioner and researcher perspectives
  4. Artificial Intelligence and COPSOQ: opportunities, challenges, and future applications.
